Hats off to the SettIIn team for enabling the sale of my 3 bedroom apartment in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an NRI seller, I recommend their services for all things real estate. I thank CRM Vineeth Venugopal for his professionalism and patience. I found Vineeth to be very knowledgable, calm and practical. Although I found my own buyer, Varsha, Mayank, Revanth and Zigmey were very helpful in showing my house to several prospective buyers and promptly updating me each time on the progress. I purchased their documentation and seller support services finally to review agreement for sale, draft sale deed and ensure power of attorney documents were all in order and a smooth sale was enabled right till the day of registration. Keep up the great work !

I got to know about Settlin through a friend. All that he said was - u give it to them rest they will take care. And that was absolutely true! My first chat with them, they took all the details and they said, mam pay only if we sell. That itself made me feel very nice. They got many people to see the place ... they wld then call to give me a feedback. When even after a long time, they couldn't close a deal I thought that these guys r just like the nobroker and 99acres, where I had taken paid services and still no result! But right the next day I got a call from them and they removed the differences between the buyer and seller and pushed the deal to closure in a very professional way! Unlike the resentment of O I lost my money with the other fellows - I didn't mind paying them their deserved price! Kudos to the team! And Thank you Vineeth. Love Priya

My experience was good with Settlin. They showed property and tell everything. They did everything .yhry made sale agreement and sale deed. They did everything for registration of property. Special Thanks to Bindu and Kiran. They did their job properly. I just want to say ,if you want to buy property in Bangalore then choose only Settlin. Iam a happy customer 😀.

We had a wonderful experience with the Settlin team in closing the deal. Their commitment right from showing units to the final registration was commendable. Settlin was involved in each an every step of our journey for purchasing home. We would like to thank in particular, Mr. Vineeth, who acted like our partner in this journey and assisted us in all possible manner. He has been a crucial link responsible for closure of our deal in fair and transparent manner. Sale deed execution, Stamp duty process & TDS payment process of the property was explained by him along with being with us in this entire process.
